Mexico scrapbook page (CQC118)

cqc118

Hello, hello! it's a new year, and so far I am loving every minute :) Check out these GORGEOUS colors for this week's colourQ challenge! Really hope you can come play with these fresh new colors, for a fresh new year! Here's my page :)

This was a little tough for me, since I didn't have any Cool Carribean or Cameo Coral, but I tried to come close with strips of scrap DP from my bin. I hid the journaling in the glassine bag behind the photo, you can see better here:

I managed to find a few Mexico and vacation stickers that gelled with the colors, so I added those, too. I also added a few tropical fish cabochons, who could resist a little Nemo or 2 on a page, right? The title was actually supposed to be the lyric from the James Taylor song, but I think I screwed it up! Haha! I think it's supposed to be "oh, down in Mexico.." LOL, blonde moment! (it really is my natural hair color, so I have an excuse, right?)
Well, that's all for me today! Hope you will be able to come and play with these fresh new colors at colourQ! I'm not going into a full supply list, since all the DPs are scraps, but they are primarily My Mind's Eye, and K&Company. The stickers are Jolee's and K&Company. Thanks so much for popping by!

hugs, Noelle
