Making a living vs. Making a LIFE (SFYTT)

Hi everyone!! Hope you all are having a great weekend. I know, it seems like I was JUST doing last week's SFYTT.... and here we are again! Here is the link for this week, last week I was late and this week, I'm early! :) Funny thing is , the ribbon that was my inspiration last week, is my inspiration again.... I told you, I REALLY like blue;). This is actually a biodegradable ribbon, the brand is 'Nature's Own" and its from England. I wish I could say that I bought it when I was visiting there.... (hint, hint to my hubby, Steve!) but.... alas, just something cool I found in the clearance section at the Container Store, lol!!! Anyway, I thought it was cool that it's "green." The cardstock, background paper, stamps, red ribbon, punches, green button AND corduroy brad are all SU! The scalloped circle, is the new JUMBO scallop circle punch, I'm loving that as I use my smaller one nonstop. The paper is the new "Greenhouse Gala." Remember, I used the herringbone piece the other day on the gator card?? Same package of DSP. The stamp is a new hostess set that will be in the new catty. The green corner piece, as well as the brocade brad are both from K & Co. The brown scalloped sticker across the bottom is We R Memory Keepers. I made the red brad myself, and it is hand stamped. I omitted a couple pieces that are on the sketch, I just was afaraid it would get too busy, what with all the fabrics and patterns and pieces and things. BUT, I really <3 the way it turned out, a new favorite. :) Well, keeping it short tonight. I am looking forward to tomorrow night, my kids are going to my Mom's house (did I mention, I LOVE summer, when my Mom, who is a teacher is off work??) and we are going to my favorite restaurant "The Old Stone Church" in Castle Rock, an actual date! Can't wait. :) Have a great Sunday, all.

You can buy this card here.
