Stamp Club projects (Curtain Call 58 and CASE'd tag)

Hey there peeps! Great to see you today, I am home with a sick 8 year old, which means EXTRA crafty  time since I can't leave the house! He is actually feeling MUCH better today than last night, poor kiddo:(. The extra time is actually a good thing since I am WAAAY behind schedule. So, these are both Stamp Club projects, which is on Sunday, so I really needed to get my tail in gear! The first card is a color challenge over at Stacey's Stamping Stage. This is a good card to demo at Stamp Club because it features a handmade paper flower, which I was wanting to teach. If you go to another post of mine here it will link you up to a tutorial on these flowers, they are pretty and really fun to make! I heat embossed my "Merry Christmas" stamp in silver and colored it in with the Copics. It looks ok, but you do lose some of the finer details when you do the heat embossing. Then I die cut it with a Spellbinders die and used that COOL around the edge sponging I see alot of other people do with those dies, I've never done that before & I will do it again, very fun! I added my purple paper poinsettia (yeah, try saying THAT 3 times fast!) a punched snowflake that I added some Smooch Spritz to, and a die cut felt piece.

This tag is a CASE from one of the projects this week over at ColourQ. It was made by their DT member Tanja, and I just LOVED this! So I decided to do a direct CASE, just using some new SU! goodies to showcase at Stamp Club. I bought these jingle bells to use for SU and, if you remember, I bought a HUGE spool of baker's twine at Crate and Barrel (in fact, you can see it peeking out from behind the tag, I'm using it as a stand as well!;)

My version

Tanja's tag that I CASE'd
Supply list: All supplies are from Stampin' Up! EXCEPT Spellbinders dies, Copic markers, Martha Stewart Crafts snowflake punch, Jolee's jewels purple rhinestones, Cricut cartridge "Winter Woodland" to cut out paper flower pieces, baker's twine from Crate and Barrel, jingle bell from Dollar Tree, polka dot ribbon from Michaels.

Thanks for checking out my projects! Please follow or comment if you can I'd LOVE to hear from you! Have a STELLAR day:) -Noelle
