Jolly Old St. Nick! (JB20)

Hi there! I wanted to get this post done (quickly!) as my kids will be home soon and I still have a TON of stuff to get done, LOL. But when I saw the prompt this week over at Jingle Belles, I knew I wanted to submit this card (yet another Paper Crafts reject, so it was all made, and all I had to do was the post!) I LOVE this stamp, and the prompt this week is the fat man in the red suit himself (or, in my case, in the purple hat!) I tried to do non-traditional colors on this card, hence the purple, brown and green. This is one of my fave Christmas stamps ever, I just love this vintage look Santa :) Here is one of my fave Christmas cards from last year, created with the same stamp. I made a star bow and did some punching and stamping for the center of that bow as an accent, all in all, a fun card, I hope you like it, too! :)  Have a wonderful weekend!

  5. This card is certainly not a reject. I love the vintage Santa and the star bow with all of the treatments is just perfect.

  7. I love purple Santa! My previous hobby was painting pecan resin Santas, and I have a purple Santa, and pink, and blue paisley…not just red suit Santa :) Fabulous!

Your comments make my day! :) I've found it's easiest for me to return comments 1-2 times per week, so it might be a few days, but I WILL get over to your blogs and see what awesome things you've been up to. Thanks SO MUCH for popping by, blog friends!
