Curtain Call Color Challenge 43 and SFYTT 42

Hi everyone! I hope you all are well. I try to do both of these challenges every week, and this week I thought I would combine them. Here is the link to the color challenge and here is the link for the SFYTT.Both very fun challenges this week! Truly, I am in love with these colors, I was crazy about them when they came out and I am still enamored;) Particularly Pacific Point. I'm a major blue lover (I know, I know, I've mentioned it a few times now, lol!) But this is truly my absolute FAVORITE shade of blue! Oooooo! Ok, this card, let's see..... all supplies are from Stampin' Up! except for those Prima flowers. Gosh, I am just having a major love affair with those right now as well! :) The colors are Pacific Point, Tangerine Tango, Kiwi Kiss and White for the challenge, I actually used ivory instead because I really preferred the way it looked with my patterned papers. That stamp is from the new set, "Just Believe." Here's how I did the stamp technique. I stamped the image on Kiwi kiss cardstock with Ivory (Very Vanilla) craft ink, then using some little sponge applicators, I used my pastel chalks to color in each part of the image the color I wanted. For the "tangerine"
flowers I lyered Cameo Coral chalk and Pumpkin Pie chalk. For the blue flowers, i used Not Quite Navy and it seemed to blend fairly well.
Then, as a final step, I sprayed the image with gold Smooch Spritz. Of course, it's a little tough to see the sparkle here, but I really love the way it looks, it set the chalk as well as give added dimension, I will definitley use the Smooch Spritz that way again! Well, that's it for me, I'm having my aunt and uncle (& cousins) over for dinner tonight. It should be fun sisnce it's been awhile since I've seen them, yea! Have a great day & PLEASE comment or follow, I'd love to hear from you! :)

Your comments make my day! :) I've found it's easiest for me to return comments 1-2 times per week, so it might be a few days, but I WILL get over to your blogs and see what awesome things you've been up to. Thanks SO MUCH for popping by, blog friends!
